    Shandana,

I don't know about videos, but I've had a lot of success with this book for my MBA change management coure.  It's full of cases, and articles related to various aspects of change.  My understanding is that a new edition is forthcoming or possibly has already been released.

    Hi Shandana,
HBS has a collection of videos on change management which vary in content, lengths and depth. Very useful also their series "video insights" on change management, comprising 5 min. short clips. An all time OB classic that could be used is the film "12 angry men" by Henry Fonda. Strictly speaking, it might be most suitable to illustrate minority dissent or influence and persuasion in one-on-one dynamics, yet I used it in MBA classes to illustrate the interpersonal aspects of change management - they very much liked the film. Best wishes, Andreas

    Shandanan,

I like the following book for masters students:

Managing Organizational Change: A multiple perspectives approach by Palmer, Dunford, and Akin (McGraw-Hill/Irwin).

Also, the ODC Division of the Academy has many syllabi posted that you might find useful.

Finally, I adopted ExperiencePoint's change simulation last year and found it really effective as a capstone activity.
