I'm in the process of developing a survey to assess people-related issues in a post-M&A situation such as cultural integration, differences in leadership and managerial styles, resolution of terms of employment, workforce and organizational restructuring, conflict, and employee perceptions of satisfaction with the M&A.
I would greatly appreciate if you would recommend/suggest resources where I can find a comprehensive instrument or individual scales that are M&A-related.
