  • 1.  midterm team diagnosis and closing team celebrations

    Dear colleagues,

I am looking for help with two team activities.  The first is a process for midterm team diagnosis related to issues such as cohesiveness, communication, leadership.  The second is activities for team celebrations after their tasks are completed.

    Thanks in advance!

Peg, I would like to help you with this, but I have a clarifying question first.  What is the objective of the diagnosis?  Is it for self-discovery, or do you want to correlate the measures with performance, or do you want to use it as a true diagnosis for intervention?  There are a number of established measures for these kinds of things (I would need to know a little bit more about the aspects of communication and leadership that you are interested in) if you are looking at some analytic data.  If you are looking for more of a gauge for where there are problems, you are probably looking more for a satisfaction measure with these as the criteria.  If you could provide a little more detail, I think that we can give you some good ideas.
