In my MBA Org Behavior class, the focus is on employee development, so
we spend a lot of time on motivation, feedback and performance issues.
I'm looking for some role playing exercises--preferably ones that can be
read in class--that focus on these areas. I have a few I already use,
but would like to do more. Do any of you have any you'd be willing to
share, or can you direct me to a site/literature that could be helpful?
Thanks in advance for your assistance,

You might try the Pfeiffer Training Annuals
    (http://www.pfeiffer.com/WileyCDA/PfeifferTitle/productCd-0787996289.html)
These go back many years and your library may have several volumes.

This is a great roleplaying book!

Training in Interpersonal Skills, Canadian Ed. By Hunsaker, P. L. &
Dilamarter, D. (2004) published by Pearson Canada.

    Good luck,
