  • 1.  about measuring organizational behaviour parameters

    Dear all

    Good day to all of you

     

    I want to know if there is  away to measure the parameters of organizational behavior and also if there is  a report that combines all the parameters in final indicators  that give the indication of the behavior if  its right or wrong

    I am not aware of a summary that has all the OB measures in one place, but here is a paper that provides a good overview of several of them: Holtom, B., Mitchell, T., Lee, T., & Eberly, M. 2008.
