    Dear Jacqueline,

    Just a few suggestions:
    - In line with your first three questions you might want to change question
    5 to "race/ethnic category_________________".
    - In case you wish to send these questions to MBA students worldwide you
might want to make the race/ethnic category list a little more exhaustive to
ensure that it applies to individuals outside of US.
    - Question no. 6 is a double barrel question. A lot of MBAs j switch lines
and the line they currently are working in and they most recently worked in
may be different. You might want to give to options for answer in this
category to get at this. Alternatively, you can break it down into two
    questions.

    Hope this helps!

    Warm regards,

Jacqueline, in addition to other comments regarding your questionnaire items, the EEOC now recommends that "Hispanic" be separated from "races," since "Hispanic" refers to an ethnic category that can include "races." For example, a number of Hispanics are also Black. I'm not sure the appropriate way to word this given you are surveying an international population, but it may be something you should consider.

    Best wishes.

grow old and trembling in your anatomies, you may lie awake at night
listening to the disorder of your veins, you may miss your only love, you
may see the world about you devastated by evil lunatics, or know your honor
trampled in the sewers of baser minds. There is only one thing for it then-
to learn. Learn why the world wags and what wags it. That is the only thing

never fear or distrust, and never dream of regretting. Learning is the only
    thing for you."
