I received several responses to my query for measures of measures of creative style and have organized that information in a 2-page word document that I am attaching here. In addition to cognitive style measures, I also received and included other measures related to innovation (e.g., climate for innovation; innovation as outcome measures, etc). If you would like to suggest additional measures, related to innovation, I'd be happy to update the document with what you have in mind.
