A research team at the University of Iowa is completing a meta-analysis related to the constructs of Equity Sensitivity (ES) and Exchange Ideology (EI), and we are looking for unpublished manuscripts and/or conference presentations that report relationships between either of these two constructs and the following:
(a) individual difference variables (e.g., demographics, personality)
(b) social exchange variables (e.g., justice, trust)
(c) work attitudes (e.g., satisfaction, commitment)
(d) work behaviors (e.g., performance, turnover)
