    Last year, Mary Ann Glynn joined our department. This fall, we have a search on for another senior faculty position. It is now posted on the AOM website, both in position listings and at the bottom of the ads, http://apps.aomonline.org/placement/main.asp.     Senior Position (Associate or Full Professor)
     
    The Organization Studies Department at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College invites applications from qualified individuals for a full-time tenure track senior faculty position in Organization Studies to begin September, 2008.
     
    Candidates must have a PhD in Organization Studies or a related field and must be at the associate or full professor level.  They must have a proven record of top tier scholarly publications and must also demonstrate excellence in teaching.
     
    The Organization Studies department at Boston College is a vibrant intellectual community that includes 12 full time faculty offering MBA and undergraduate concentrations as well as a Ph.D. program.  The department is affiliated with three independent centers, the Winston Center for Leadership and Ethics, the Center for Corporate Citizenship, and the Center for Work and Family. 
     
    The Carroll School of Management is ranked in the top 40 business schools in terms of its undergraduate and graduate programs.  It also hosts the Chief Executives Club of Boston, which is consistently named the nation's No. 1 CEO speaking forum.
