Organizational Behavior: Assistant Professor of Management, tenure-track position, to start September 2011. We seek candidates with a Ph.D. in Management or Organizational Behavior who have exceptional liberal arts education, knowledge and commitment. Consideration will also be given to a Ph.D. in a related field and substantial relevant management experience. Candidates should have a global orientation and a strong commitment to both the liberal arts and to increasing the integration of Management and the liberal arts. Prior teaching experience and/or managerial experience a plus. Teach seven courses (<st1:date w:st="on" year="2003" day="1" month="3">3-1-3</st1:date>) per academic year, including Organizational Behavior & Leadership, Principles of Management & Leadership, and other Organizational or Management courses. The January Term offers an opportunity to travel abroad with students and teach special topics courses.
