    I looking for instructional cases that address issues related to
    organizational development, management, organizational behavior, or human
    resource development in Africa. Cases set in public sector organizations
    or NGO's would be particularly helpful but I would be thankful for
    any . . . does anyone know where I might find one or more?

    Thanks for your help.

    Harvard Business Online has a number of cases and articles regarding African
    organizations. A quick search using "Africa" as a keyword revealed 116
    products:

    tt=africa&x=0&y=0&Ntk=main_search&N=0

    One in particular that I am aware of is called "In the Shadow of the City,"
    and deals with a NGO in Ethiopia.

    You can also try CasePlace and choose Africa from the Region menu.
