scale authors needed

    Hello All,
    Much like an earlier post, I too am embarassed to admit that I need the
    list's collective wisdom in identifying the authors of a scale. It is a
    group interaction scale, and the items are below. Does anyone have
    information on the source of this 26-item scale? Responses range from "to
    a very little extent" to "to a very great extent.

    making.
    --There is conflict and hostility among members.
    --We identify the functions necessary for successful completion of group
    projects.
    --One or two members dominate the discussion more than they should.
    --One or more members has emerged in the group who is effective at
    organizing tasks.
    --Sometimes people with good ideas don't seem to speak up enough.
    --We're willing to spend enough time to ensure that our group projects are
    done well.
    --Some members pretend to know what they're talking about when they really
    don't.
    --Some members don't disagree because they are too concerned with what
    others might think.
    --One or more members have emerged who are effective at facilitating
    interpersonal relations.
    --Some members are unreasonably stubborn in their view points.
