I know there are great case packets and simulations out there, but for
sheer joy of teaching, I like nothing better than the latest edition of
Bazerman's JUDGMEN IN MANAGERIAL DECISION MAKING. Tons of stuff that
translates directly into team activities, lectures, demos, 'how-to's, etc.
And it's enormous fun too.

Dear OB Listserv members,
Sorry to trouble, but I wanted to follow up on the recent stream of emails
on implicit attitudes/biases initiated by Joerg. I am teaching a course on
cognition in organizations/managerial decision making for the first time
and was wondering if anyone had any ideas regarding group/individual
activities to illustrate processes/biases in single- or multi-round
decision making. Anything that comes to mind would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time,
mike
