    Dear Colleagues,

We are currently preparing a meta-analysis on the effects of diversity on work related outcomes, and are looking for unpublished or in-press studies on this topic. If you have such data, we would highly appreciate if you could make them available to us. We would need information about the sample and study setting and a correlation table with all dependent and independent variables of interest.

If you want to contribute data to our meta-analysis, please send them to Yves Guillaume: guilyrf1@aston.ac.uk.

We also would appreciate it if you could forward this e-mail to any colleagues who have undertaken work in the area of diversity and may have relevant unpublished data.

Thank you very much for your cooperation.

    Best regards,

    Yves Guillaume
