Dear OB Colleagues,
My research partners and I recently completed the first phase of a mentoring study for a large insurance company in the North Eastern US. We learned that 40% of the organization's members reported they had participated as a mentee in a formal or informal mentoring relationship in the last year. The organization asked us how this participation rate compares to other organizations.
Could anyone provide insight on mentoring participation across organizations?
