    Hi, Diya-

You might look at Joseph Champoux (University of New Mexico) who has developed extensive resources using Hollywood films for general management applications (see Organizational Behavior and Management: Using Film to Visualize Principles and Practices). I have had good success with them.

A comment related to the suggestion of using cases from Dowling and other texts.  I used the Dowling text and related cases in an MBA level IHRM course this summer.
Student feedback was very positive including from those who have some experience in international HRM.
They liked the cases for the length (not too long) and relatively focused scope (ease of getting focused on key issues) while leaving some room to read different "what ifs" into the cases.

    Dear Diya,

A great movie to highlight the cultural differences between Australia and the USA is The Dish.

It is a story about how the communication for the Moonshot want through a small town in Australia called Parks.

You can find it in NetFlix.com

As an American Australian I have found that both Australians and Americans underestimate the cultural differences between us, until it is sometimes too late.

    Enjoy,
    Roxanne
