    Apologies for cross postings.

    Back in January, I submitted this query (replace three top officials
    in one fell swoop or do it gradually) to several OB list servers.

    I received seven replies. Thank you to all who responded. Three of
    the seven voted for the "one fell swoop" approach; two thought it
    didn't matter which way it was done.
