    You will also want to look at Glen Kreiner's work on identity in the Episcopal church...he has   done a lot more work on how the Church is dealing with identity change, so you should contact him directly...

    You might also find material posted within the Spirituality in Organizations division within the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">Academy</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Management</st1:placename></st1:place> helpful.  You could also send a similar request to the list-serv too.  I don't think you have to be a member of the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">Academy</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Management</st1:placename></st1:place> to join this list-serv.
