  • 1.  evaluation of training methods

    Posted 01-24-2007 19:02

    Dear Colleagues,

I am currently preparing an undergraduate course in Human Resource Development and am looking for key research articles that examine the effectiveness / strengths and weaknesses of various training methods, or compare and contrast different training methods. Any references you can pass on will be appreciated.

    Gratefully yours,

    Jamie

If you are looking for papers that reach the conclusions of different training methods, the best source is probably the meta-analysis by Arthur, Bennett, Edens, & Bell - Journal of Applied Psychology, 2003.
