    Dear OB members,

    I am a doctoral student in the Management and Organization Department at Penn State. I'm working with Dave Harrison on a meta-analysis on coworker effects on individual work outcomes. After the major electronic databases search, I am in the process of finding dissertations, conference presentations, book chapters, unpublished papers, or empirical studies reported in other outlets. 

    PREDICTORS
    Coworker social support, colleague suport, peer support, peer OCBs, coworker helping, coworker emotional support, task-related interactions, horizontal communication,lateral communication, coworker undermining, interpersonal conflict, coworker conflict, aggression from coworkers, coworker discrimination, coworker loafing, negative social support, and similar constructs and variables

    INDIVIDUAL CRITERIA
    Role definitions (role ambiguity, role conflict, role overload), work attitudes (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job involvement), withdrawal (effort reduction, absenteeism, intent to quit, turnover), effectiveness (OCB, performance), counterproductive work behaviors, and similar constructs and variables

    I appreciate any help you can provide.  We will include and cite papers meeting our inclusion and exclusion criteria. Please let me know if you have any questions.  With apologies for cross-posting.
