Greetings,
I'm searching for a scale that captures the notion of ill- and
well-structure of the problem faced by a team. This is related to what Simon
(1973) discussed in his seminal article on "The Structure of Ill Structured
Problems", Artificial Intelligence, 4:181-201. It is also related to task
complexity. I'm conducting research on project teams in organizations and
would like to capture structure/task complexity quantitatively but have not
come across a good scale thus far.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
