    Hello Benjamin,

There are two standardized Indian tests on

    1) Organizational Atmosphere: MAO-A (defined as perceived effectiveness of
organizational climate in terms of six motives- <Achievement, Expert power,
Control, Extension and Affiliation> and ten organizational processes. (120
    items)

    2) Organizational Ethos: OCTAPACE (Openness, Confrontation, Trust,
Authenticity, Proaction, Autonomy, Collaboration and Experimentation)
    (40 items)
which are used by HRD professionals and OD consultants.

I do not know if these are relevant for your research.

    Best wishes,

    Dear colleague,

In 2001, 2003 and 2005, members of FINT (First International Network on
Trust) and other scholars interested in trust research from a wide range
of disciplines met in Amsterdam for a two-day workshop on ''Trust
within and between Organizations.'' As in the previous workshops, the
number of participants will be restricted to about 100, but a broad
variety in background is expected again, given the number of countries
participants came from in the previous workshops, 24 countries in 2005.
So this is a truly international event.

We are happy to announce that the fourth workshop will be in Amsterdam
on Thursday/Friday October 25-26, hosted by Free University Amsterdam
and co-organized by EIASM. Key note speeches by Karen Cook, Don Ferrin
and Aks Zaheer promise high quality inspiration for two days of intense
dialogue and creativity. Ten challenging special themes proposed by
scholars with ample expertise, moreover, offer focus and exchange of
    tempting ideas.

A flyer with information is attached, so that you can spread it to other
trust scholars that may be interested. Below is the link to the website
of EIASM, where the calls for papers can be found and the abstracts and
    final papers must be uploaded.

    Rhada,

I also find these very interesting -- esp. the first one. Can you tell us
more about where to find the measures? Are they found in journal articles
or do they need to be purchased to be used?

    Thanks so much.
