If you haven't looked already, I suggest that you consult the Buros Mental Measurements Yearbook. These books have been published periodically for quite a number of years. I think the most recent one is No. 16. You can also review some of these measures online at their website:

I am currently developing a comprehensive questionnaire for research on HRM Practices and Employee Behavior and Attitude in Nigerian-based MNC subsidiary companies. Does anyone have information about the existence of a standard (validated) questionnaire that measures the impact of training and development on employee commitment, work motivation, satisfaction and retention within organizations?
