An IS doctoral student asked my help in locating an electronic-mentoring
scale to be used in organizations. She is studying "learning in e-mentoring
relations" using a sample of Indian proteges in India e-mentored by
North-American mentors.
We would appreciate any helpful hints from the list in locating a
published e-mentoring scale.
