I do not think that the mini-listservers are a good idea.
It is not as though this is swamped with traffic yet.
I think we are all interested in some set of dependent variables like
performance, absence, turnover, satisfaction, commitment and OCB. And
we are all interested in some set of independent variables;
structure, demographics, group process, peronality, etc.
And there is already a Leadership interest Group listserver which I
moderate, so we need to avoid duplication.
