I would like to draw your attention to a conference track on 'Positive
Organizational Studies and Organizational Energy' that my colleagues Heike
Bruch (University St. Gallen, Switzerland), Stephan Kaiser (Cath.
University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Germany), Miguel Pereira Lopes
(Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada, Portugal), Gordon Müller-Seitz
(Cath. University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Germany), and Miguel Pina e
Cunha (Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal) and I facilitate at the
annual conference of the European Academy of Management (EURAM) in Paris
in May 16-19, 2007.
We understand that the ideas of Positive Organizational Studies and
Organizational Energy are closely linked to different topics such as,
e.g., individual and collective positive affective experiences authentic,
positive relationships at work, strengths-based approaches, inspiring, and
energizing leadership, and positive deviance. Please find attached the
call for papers of the track.
We would be very glad if we could raise your interest in the track and you
would like to contribute. In case you have colleagues that you think might
be interested in the track we would very much appreciate if you could
share this call.
