My name is Ryan Klinger and I am currently working with Dr. Timothy Judge from the University of Florida on forming a symposium at this year's SIOP conference concerning the employment interview. We have a paper to contribute which examines the validity of the interview in the presence of personality and intelligence. We'd like to combine this paper with 2-3 others that look at the validity of the interview, or at process variables in the interview.
