Description:
The John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis invites applications for a clinical faculty position in organizational behavior/leadership. The position involves participation in the organizational behavior faculty group, design and delivery of custom educational programs, client relationship management in the Executive Education program, and teaching in the EMBA, MBA and BSBA programs. This is a contract position, with an initial two-year appointment, and is renewable. Compensation is competitive.
Qualifications:
- A Ph.D. in organizational behavior or a closely related field, with expertise in topics such as leadership, organizational change, and organizational development.
- Intellectual contributions in practice areas, such as publications (HBR, CMR, OD) and/or the authorship of teaching cases;
- Strong teaching skills, particularly at the executive level, using case-based and experiential approaches;
- Experience in the design and delivery of programs in executive business education; and
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients that lead to new program offerings.
