    I am looking for a good article/reading for an MBA OB class on "how to be a good team member."  Any suggestions?

    A couple of options I've seen used...

    Lafasto & Larson. 2001. "What makes a good team member?", Chapter 1 in When Teams Work Best: 6,000 Team Members and Leaders Tell What It Takes to Succeed. Sage.
