PDW Reminder
Diversity, Fairness, and Teams, Sunday, August 13, 2006, 9:00:00 AM - 12:00:00 PM, Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Regency V. Members of the panel will make brief presentations on the following themes: Theoretical Bases For Diversity and Fairness Effects; Diversity, Team Decision Processes and Fairness; Relational Differences, (Un)Fair Procedures, and (Un)Favorable Outcomes; Team Member Reactions To Injustice. Following the presentations breakout groups will discuss these/other themes. The focus of the discussion groups are to develop a set of testable models/hypotheses to guide future research.
