All-

We are in the process of creating a new undergraduate leadership course within our College of Business. This will be a small, non-traditional course, and I would be interested in learning what others have done as far as leadership studies for undergrads. Any appropriate readings or cases that have worked for you in the past would be greatly appreciated as we develop this program.

Thank you for your time and consideration-

Gretchen, I have attached a syllabus for an undergraduate leadership class that I will be teaching, in the Fall, at California State University - Dominguez Hills. I am using Northouse's text, Leadership: Theory and practice. I have taught the Northouse text two or three times, at Chapman University. Northouse does a thorough job of covering the subject matter and the feedback from the students is positive.

    Good luck!
