Colleagues,
Please forward the below job ad to colleagues and graduating students (I apologize for cross-postings). As you may know, our interdisciplinary Organizational Science doctoral program (http://www.orgscience.uncc.edu ) operates under the assumption that a thorough understanding of organizations requires an interdisciplinary focus that crosses levels of analysis and incorporates theory from related fields such as industrial/organizational psychology, organizational behavior, human resources management, organizational sociology and organizational communication. The following position will have an affiliation in both Communication Studies and Organizational Science. Organizational scientists with interests in globalization, distributed work, multinational organizations, temporality, technology, and quantitative methods are particularly encouraged to apply for this exciting position. Colleagues would include: Anita Blanchard, Kimberly Buch, David Gilmore, Eric Heggestad, Jo Ann Lee, Charlie Reeve, Steven Rogelberg (Director), William Siegfried, Jennifer Welbourne, Chris Henle, Lisa Rashotte, Doug Pugh, Beth Rubin, Kelly Zellars, Yang Cao, Teresa Scheid, Wei Zhao, Shawn Long, Clifton Scott, John Kello, and Scott Tonidandel.
