    I am working on my dissertation proposal in the area of Psychological Contract and need Likert type measures for two constructs -
    1. Levels of responsibility attribution as articulated by Heider (1958) and researched using scenario and experimental designs by several researchers notably Shaw & Sulzer (1964) 
    2. Measures for variables for relative deprivation cognitions theorized and researched by Faye Crosby (1976) and empirically tested by researchers in a variety of disciplines (For instance, Sweeny & McFarlin, 1990 for testing satisfaction with pay and income level).
