  • 1.  Handbook of 21st Century Management

    I am editing the Handbook of 21st Century Management (Sage, 2008).  This volume will have 100 chapters on important cutting-edge management issues.  If you have published on such an issue and are interested in crafting a 7000-8000 word chapter (plus two pages of bibliography) on it for this book send me a proposal.  This book will be in reference sections of libraries and reference librarians will direct undergraduates seeking term paper topics and structure to it.

    Hi Charles,

    I received your posting of your upcoming book. I have
    an unusual question for you. I am a Ph.D. student in
    Organizational Systems...nothing for your book yet! I
    was, however, curious if you have seen any recent work
    on either relational awareness in ethics or
    transparency in emotional intelligence. I am in
    process of gathering information on these two concepts
    and the literature is limited.

    My goodness, you do stay busy. I am not sure how you manage it all. In any event, we have an article coming out in JIBS on global mindset -- is this a topic that might be of interest for the handbook?
