Good morning! I am excited to share this job posting at the School of Business at the University of California, Riverside. Please let me know if you have any questions and pass along to any who might be interested.

The School of Business, home of the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management (AGSM) at the
University of California, Riverside, invites applications for a tenure track/tenured faculty position in
Management with a micro, meso, or macro research focus. Our priority is to recruit a scholar who will build on
our existing strengths in these areas and advance the academic development of our rigorous research and
teaching programs. The desired start date is July 1, 2023.

American Pacific Islander-Serving Institution, with an exceptionally diverse undergraduate student body. Its
mission is explicitly linked to providing routes to educational success for underrepresented and first-generation

A successful candidate must have the demonstrated potential or proven record of accomplishment and interest
in empirical research and teaching in Management. The candidate must have or be near completion of a Ph.D.
in Management or a related field (e.g., psychology, sociology, economics, public policy, media studies,
environment, health sciences). The candidate must also have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching at
the undergraduate and graduate levels. We are particularly interested in candidates whose research, teaching
and service as well as personal and professional experiences will advance the educational and co-curricular
experience of our diverse campus community. Scholars with significant teaching and research interests in
cultural awareness and diversity topics in the workplace (e.g., HR issues, board of directors' diversity, pay gap,
implicit biases in the workplace, ESG impact of business action, CSR, family businesses, black-owned
businesses, minority-owned businesses, women in business) would be especially attractive to us.

Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, CV, statement of research, statement of teaching, teaching
evaluations, diversity statement, and provide 3-5 references, who will be contacted for their letters of
recommendation. Applicant materials should be submitted to AP Recruit at the following link:
