The International Leadership Association (ILA) is now accepting submissions for two prestigious awards honoring student research. Please submit your work (if you are eligible) and share these terrific opportunities with any students or recent graduates in your network. Both awards come with cash prizes and a free pass to the ILA's 25th anniversary Global Conference. Current students are also invited to sign up for the ILA's International Student Case Competition. Teams compete in either the undergraduate or graduate division for a cash prize.
The Kenneth E. Clark Student Research Award

In recognition of unpublished student papers on leadership or leadership development. Recipients will receive a $500 USD cash prize and more, and will be honored and invited to give a talk during the online part of ILA's Global Conference. Learn more and submit your application.
Fredric M. Jablin Doctoral Dissertation Award

In recognition of doctoral dissertation research in any discipline demonstrating substantial insights and implications for the study of leadership. Students compete in two divisions (undergraduate; graduate) to showcase their knowledge about leadership through the analysis of a contemporary socio-political-economic problem on the global or national level. Teams have the option of attending the Global Conference either online, in person, or both. The Finalist Round will be online after the Global Conference.
