Positions Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor (tenure track)
Specialization Human Resource Management / Organizational Behavior (broadly defined). We also welcome applicants trained in Industrial–Organizational Psychology, Social Psychology, Behavioral Economics, and related fields whose research speaks to HR/OB topics.

Responsibilities
- Produce high-impact scholarly research.
- Teach in our Undergraduate, MSc, MBA, EMBA, PhD, and Executive Education programs.
- Supervise doctoral students and contribute to a vibrant research culture in a diverse and inclusive community.
Required Qualifications
- PhD (completed or near completion) in Management, OB, HRM, I/O Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability (or potential) to publish in top-tier journals.
- Commitment to excellent, innovative teaching.
