    TWO OPEN-RANK, HR/OB TENURED or TENURE-TRACK POSITIONS
    Department of Management & Organization, NUS Business School – National University of Singapore

     

    Positions Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor (tenure track)
    Specialization Human Resource Management / Organizational Behavior     (broadly defined). We also welcome applicants trained in Industrial–Organizational Psychology, Social Psychology, Behavioral Economics, and related fields whose research speaks to HR/OB topics.

    1. Consistently ranked #1 in Asia, and AACSB / EQUIS accredited.

    3. Teaching load: 2 + 0 in the first two years for Assistant Professors; 3 + 0 thereafter.

    Responsibilities

    1. Produce high-impact scholarly research.
    2. Teach in our Undergraduate, MSc, MBA, EMBA, PhD, and Executive Education programs.
    3. Supervise doctoral students and contribute to a vibrant research culture in a diverse and inclusive community.

     

    Required Qualifications

    1. PhD (completed or near completion) in Management, OB, HRM, I/O Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
    2. Demonstrated ability (or potential) to publish in top-tier journals.
    3. Commitment to excellent, innovative teaching.
