    OBHR – TT, Assistant Rank Positions

    The Management & Entrepreneurship (M&E) department at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University-Bloomington invites applicants for tenure track Assistant Professor positions in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management area, to begin fall 2024. A doctoral degree, or ABD status, in an area of Management and Entrepreneurship (i.e. OBHR or related field) and promise of strong records in both research and teaching are required. We would be pleased to hear from all candidates, including those who will help advance the School's diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

    Our Department

    The M&E department is comprised of faculty specializing in four key areas: entrepreneurship, international business, organizational behavior and human resource management, and strategic management. The department enjoys a collegial, innovative, and collaborative culture, with a world-class group of scholars who combine their knowledge of the business world with top-tier research skills and innovative teaching techniques. Our faculty members actively engage in cutting-edge research, regularly publishing in prestigious journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of International Business Studies, Personnel Psychology, Organization Science, and Strategic Management Journal. Our faculty are editors and editorial board members of prestigious journals, hold leadership positions in the Academy of Management and other professional associations, and teach courses across a broad range of areas.
