The National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in the Department of Management and Organization. We are seeking individuals with a strong commitment to, and the ability for, excellent scholarly research in the areas of Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management.
We are open to hiring in all areas of HR/OB. We are particularly interested in candidates skilled in big data analytics and computational social science (e.g., machine learning) and/or diversity and inclusion related research areas. Exceptional candidates would be considered for the inaugural S. Dhanabalan Professorship, a new endowed chair intended for junior, untenured assistant professors. We value diversity in NUS and particularly welcome candidates from women and underrepresented minorities.
