Minimum Qualifications
- A Ph.D. (U.S. or foreign equivalent from an AACSB-accredited institution) or alternatively, ABD with a close completion date, in Organizational Behavior or other closely related discipline.
- Ability to teach graduate and undergraduate courses in organizational behavior, including change, leadership, and teams (teaching load is 3/3 with a potential course release for research-active faculty).
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to excellence in teaching.
- A strong research agenda with potential to publish high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals.
Additional Preferences
- Demonstrated commitment to providing leadership (in teaching, research, and/or service) toward building an equitable and diverse scholarly environment.
- Teaching and research interests that complement the department and college needs and priorities including Leadership, Teams, and Organizational Change Management.
- Incorporates innovative teaching technology, experiential exercises and/or applied learning in the classroom.
