๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ก ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ณ๐ of the Center for Leadership in the Future of Work at the University of Zurich, in collaboration with The Adecco Group.
We provide a $3,000 grand prize to support innovative empirical research addressing critical questions about the future of work and a chance to collaborate with leading scholars in the field and contribute to shaping better workplaces for the decades ahead.
To submit your idea for consideration, create a maximum 3-minute video pitch that describes your research question, methods, contributions, and team and submit it by October 19th, 2025. Five finalists will be selected to submit full proposals, and a winner will be announced in January 2026.
