We are pleased to share that the Special Issue on "Gig workers and side hustlers: Advancing organizational behavior research for a modernized employee population" in the Journal of Organizational Behavior is now available.
Co-edited by Jason L. Huang, Nathan A. Bowling, and Dongyuan Wu, this special issue presents six articles that investigate gig work through the lens of organizational behavior (OB), offering new theoretical perspectives and practical insights into this rapidly growing labor segment.
