    We are delighted to announce the Call for Papers for the EAWOP Small Group Meeting (SGM) on Dark Personalities in Organisations, a collaborative effort of the four universities Seeburg Castle University, Durham University, Università degli Studi di Padova, and Universitas Cardinali Stephani Wyszynski and sponsored by the EAWOP and Land Salzburg.

    The SGM aims to bring together researchers and experts to share their insights and contribute to the advancement of dark personality research in the organisational context. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your work, engage with fellow professionals, and contribute to the broader conversation in this field. Thus, we invite you to submit your original research for our SGM to contribute to a successful and enriching event.

    Submission Guidelines:

    • You can either submit for a presentation or a workshop
    • Abstract Submission Deadline: January 20th, 2024
    • Notification of Acceptance in March 2024
    • Please submit your abstracts through our website uni-seeburg.at/eawopsgm, ensuring adherence to the specified guidelines.

    Conference Highlights:

    • Keynotes held by Prof. Peter Jonason, who is known for his ground-breaking work in the field of the Dark Triad and Dark Tetrad, and Prof. Susanne Braun, who advanced the field of dark personalities in organisational psychology with her research and latest Special Issue on Dark Personality in the Workplace
    • A small group of panellist allowing interactive discussions, in-depth networking, and valuable exchange
    • Exploration of publication opportunities with the aim to propose a Special Issue to the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology (EJWOP)
    • The SGM will take place in a beautiful castle at a lake, where you can go swimming and hiking in between sessions
