Positions
The Department of Organization Management invites applications for tenure-track positions at the assistant, associate, and full professor levels in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Organization Theory, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Qualifications
All applicants should have earned a PhD in a relevant discipline from a recognized school upon appointment. Junior candidates should have a record of publishing or demonstrated capacity to publish in top-tier management journals (e.g., AMJ, AMR, ASQ, JAP, SMJ, OS, and JIBS), and the ability to teach effectively at all levels. Senior candidates should have an established track record of published research in premium management journals and a record of successful teaching in MBA/EMBA programs.
