Our research team is conducting a literature review that examines the relationship between mindfulness and safety-related outcomes in the workplace. Specifically, we are interested in any unpublished correlational or experimental studies that examine the relationship between mindfulness and constructs that might be related to workplace safety (e.g., employee safety- behaviors, safety-related incidents, accidents, injuries, process safety indicators, or process safety outcomes).
If you have any such work that may fit within the scope of our review, we would appreciate it if you could share the following information: effect sizes (e.g., Person product-moment correlations), sample size, sample occupation, details of the measures/manipulations of mindfulness, and the measures of safety outcomes. If you already have a write-up that contains all the above information, please feel free to simply forward the write-up to us. Please send us the requested information at zl153@rice.edu.
