Dear colleagues,
I am currently conducting a meta-analysis on the effect of social network on individual employees' outcomes (including cognitive, affective, relational, behavioral, work, and career outcomes that can be either negative or positive in valence). My coauthors and I are seeking unpublished manuscripts and data from working papers, dissertations, and conference papers relevant to the topic.
If you have unpublished research with empirical data on the relationship between social networks (we are primarily interested in network data that are captured based on an egocentric or roster/ full network approach, rather than employees' subjective perception of their network positions) and relevant indicators of our concerned outcome variables, we would highly appreciate your sharing of the correlations, measures, reliability, sample size, characteristics of participants (occupation and employee vs. non-employee samples).
To share your data, please send the requested information in an email to fannie.wu@deakin.edu.au. Any data shared with us will only be used for the purpose of this meta-analytic study. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Regards,
Fannie
