I'm posting this message on behalf of my colleague Apostolos Tsatsoulis, a doctoral candidate at the Business Administration Department of Athens University of Economics and Business.
In the context of his PhD thesis, he is composing a literature review on intraorganizational spillover phenomena such as emotional contagion, social contagion, peer effects, interdivisional externalities, etc. To complement the sources of his review, he is looking for article drafts, theses, dissertations, conference proceedings, or other non-peer reviewed and unpublished manuscripts.
