Dear colleagues,
we are conducting a meta-analysis on the relationship between perceived work-related social support (coworker, supervisor, or organizational support) and informal workplace learning. Currently, we are seeking unpublished studies on this topic. Specifically, we are looking for unpublished studies (including conference contributions and student theses) that fit the following criteria:
- Pertain to informal learning activities at the individual level
- Include correlations between measures of at least one type of perceived work-related social support and informal learning
- Use a sample of the working population (no student samples)
- Written in English
We are hoping to include as many relevant studies as possible, so any additional data is greatly appreciated. If you can provide relevant manuscripts or datasets, please contact Carolin Graßmann (carolin.grassmann@victoria-hochschule.de) by September 01, 2023.
