Constructive-developmental theory has long offered a powerful lens for understanding how adults make meaning, respond to complexity, and grow their leadership capacity. Yet developmental assessment remains underutilized in organizational research and practice. This interactive workshop introduces a new generation of constructive-developmental measurement tools and examines how developmental capacity can be assessed more efficiently in organizational settings. We will also explore the emerging opportunities and challenges associated with AI-assisted scoring of developmental assessments.
Participants are invited to complete the short
MMQi-8 developmental assessment in advance
HERE. Those who attend the workshop will receive a
confidential individual debrief of the MMQi-8.
During the session, we will interpret anonymized developmental profiles from a range of measures, including an AI-assisted scoring approach, and explore applications for leadership development, coaching, executive education, and culture change initiatives.
Whether you are interested in leadership, organizational change, adult development, coaching, or new approaches to assessment, this session offers an opportunity to engage with both the promise and limitations of developmental measurement in research and organizational settings.
