Exciting Pre-Doctoral Research Fellowship at NYU Stern's Behavior Lab!

Position
The Research Fellow will work in the Behavior Lab, assisting Stern management & organizations faculty on a variety of research activities, such as survey design, managing experiments, data analysis, and qualitative coding. For example, some topics our faculty focus on include: intersectional identities, interpersonal relationships, technology and innovation, inequality, and more. The position is full-time with benefits, and also includes opportunities to join seminar talks, lab meetings, and other activities of the department. The appointment is for 1 year, subject to renewal based on mutual agreement and availability in funding.
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $50,440-$60,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer.
Qualifications
Candidates should have research assistant experience in any social science field, especially psychology, marketing, and/or organizational behavior. Candidates should also have experience using: Qualtrics survey software; statistics programs such as R, Stata, or python; and/or other research tools. This position is an especially good fit for someone planning to enter PhD programs in management / organizational behavior in the future.
